Monday 15 May:
HYDRALAB+ MT Meeting.
Tuesday 16 May:
JRA Work sessions to discuss progress and possible bottlenecks. All HYDRALAB+ colleagues involved in on-going JRA activities are welcome to attend.
Introductory Meeting of the International Advisory Board with the HYDRALAB+ MT
Wednesday 17 May:
The plenary Participant Meeting, Technical Field Trip and the traditional HYDRALAB+ dinner. Open for all HYDRALAB+ participants and invited guests.
Thursday 18 May:
Dedicated Workshops on Industry & Innovation and the Advanced Workshop on Joint Research Activity 2 (Cross Disciplinary Observations of Morphodynamics and Protective Structures linked to Ecology and Extreme Events). Open for all Hydralab colleagues and guests to attend.
Meeting (conclusions and recommendations) of the International Advisory Board with the HYDRALAB+ MT
Friday morning 19 May:
Foresight Study Workshop on Adaptation to Climate Change. Open for all Hydralab colleagues and special guests.
To register you go to http://hydralab.eu/taking-part/HYDRALAB-Santander-Event/ and click on ‘register for event’. At that page you can also invite a guest with the ‘Add an Invited Guest’ button. Work Package leaders should use this button for invited external guests, who will then receive a password to register.
Also Associated Partners are welcome to attend, for whom the travel and subsistence costs (max. 1 person per associated partner) will be paid by the organising Partner (University of Cantabria). This also is the case for invited guests.
Please note that Santander will already be in the tourist high season at the time of this event. We therefore recommend that you make your hotel booking as quickly as possible. You should book your room directly at the hotel.
