Affiliates and their representatives, and others approved
by the project management team. These pages give access to confidential
consortium knowledge and information; use of consortium knowledge
and information is governed by the terms of the HYDRALAB Consortium
Agreement.
Consortium Affiliates and their representatives
shall not divulge information from the team members’ area
of this website to any third party or use the information for
personal or corporate gain or for provision of advice to third
parties.
Copyright
The HYDRALAB Participants retain the intellectual property
and copyright of all information on this website except where
the copyright belongs to a third party (as acknowledged or not).
No third party shall acquire any stake in the said copyright
through access to these website pages.
